Angelina Pizzeria Napoletana

We always say that when you receive good service in a restaurant or cafe, you will return. But when the trifecta of good service, atmosphere, and food works, and works well, you’re going to put it on your favorites list.

That is what happens at Angelina Pizzeria Napoletana. We had the most wonderful dinner with our family (the ones living close and some visiting us from upstate, so it was the perfect time to try a good selection from the menu. The very fresh appetizers (one of the best burrata I’ve tasted in a long time), the main dishes made at the moment (please try the ossobucco) and a special mention for the pizzas.

You know we’re big pizza fans, and this Neapolitan dough came out of a 900 degree oven, (Angelina is one of the few restaurants in the United States to hold a VPN Certification -Vera Pizza Napoletana- overseen by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana in Napoli), as it should be. We tried classic flavors like prosciutto, italian salsiccia, and from a very nice menu of Pizza Bianca, we tried the truffle and burrata pizza too.

Desserts: as well as a selection of homemade gelato, we tried the Tiramisu, the cannolli and I particularly enjoyed a delicious affogato.

If they are by the O.C. Do not forget to try it, thank you very much Adriano for the attention, (and we are also really happy that Angelina is a pet friendly place), we will be back very soon.
